doing any kind of transaction with me means that you automatically agree to my following terms of service. if there are any questions feel free to reach out.Transactions and Payments for artwork commissions:
• All payments will be processed through PayPal Goods and Services, do not offer if you cannot pay through this platform. USD only.
• Buyer does not have to cover paypal taxes.
• payment for commissions must be upfront if final price is below $100 (a hundred). in the case it exceeds this limit, a hold/payment plan can be discussed.
• When doing holds/payment plans, a downpayment of $10 (ten) minimum is mandatory. this downpayment is nonrefundable.• Refunds for artwork commissions:
- if artwork has not been started, full refund will be issued (i wont cover paypal fees) as soon as possible.
- if artwork is at early WIP stages (sketch), a 50% (fifty) of the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
- if artwork is at late WIP stages (lineart/coloring), a refund is not an option. artwork will be finished as usual unless buyer explicitly requests not to.• If a PayPal refund is issued on your end for any reason we will go into dispute with PayPal and you will be blacklisted. In the case of the transaction being a payment for an adoptable and said character was already on your posession, then it will be revoked aswell.Standard for commission process:
i normally take commissions through my Vgen. if we agree to do the commission off site, the procedure might differ from this description, but the idea will be the same.• commission request is submitted, payment is upfront. (exceptions listed on "transactions and payments" section)
• Commission will be added to Qeue after payment.
• Once commission is marked as WIP (Work in Progress), i will provide with process pictures and wont continue further until the WIP is approved by customer.
• after sketch phase only minor changes can be made (color changes,small accesories addition, etc.).
• once artwork is finished it will be sent to the buyer. customer is able to request alternative versions of the artwork (ex: no background version) without extra cost.
