DESIGNS / ADOPTABLES
I only take payment throughPaypal ONLY. apps like cashapp are not avaliable in my country.
♡ Basics:- Trading/gifting my designs is allowed
- Reselling for higher price is allowed, even if no extra worth has been added (art, physical art, etc)
- If my design was obtained via trade, you can still sell them for a price of your taste.
- Don't remove credits from any of my designs or artwork.
- Don't delete the character´s ToyHouse profile/art etc.
- If you set the character on authorized only, make sure to have me as an authorized user.♡ Use of my designs:- Any kind of content, SFW or NSFW is allowed.
- My designs are for personal use only. if you want to use it with commercial intent, price with commercial rights included will be discussed privately.
- Co-owning must be notified to me beforehand, otherwise i must ask you to take down the duplicate profile and you will be forbiden from co-owning any of my designs again.
- Changing/redesigning is perfectly okay as long as key aspects are kept or the design is overall still recognizable.♡ Bids/Auctions:- All payments will be effectuated through Paypal. DO NOT OFFER if you dont have access to this.
- If backing out from an offer, please do so as soon as possible. backing out right before payment will potentially get you blocked.
- Do not offer on my characters if you're in a bad economical, mental or physical state. Im not responsible for your bad management.♡ Holds/Payment plans:- Must clarify if youre doing any of these alongside your offer when bidding.
- Design will be transfered after full payment
- Holds/Payment plans must be done with a downpayment (a small percentage of the full price) which is NON REFUNDABLE. This requirement is mandatory.
- if you back out of a hold the day of the payment you will get blocked. Do not purposely waste my time.I am as flexible as i can with my TOS but too many people have taken advantage of me. I will stop tolerating this, following these rules is mandatory.
ART AND ILLUSTRATIONS
- Rules that are appliable from adoptables section also affect my illustration commissions.
- All my illustratios are for personal use only. if you want commercial rights or full ownership over the illustration there will be extra fees which can be discussed privately.
- Again, I only take Paypal as payment method unless stated otherwise.
- I reserve the right to decline your request if i believe i cant fulfill it for whatever reason. this doesnt happen too often though.
- Do not commission me if you're in a bad economical, mental or physical state.
- If you desire an illustration containing NSFW content (gore, sexual themes,
REFUNDS
- Full Refunds are not an option, i only take partial refunds after sketch.
- refunds vary depending on how much i've worked on the service based on percentage (%). you cannot request the unfinished work files for any reasons.
- Refunds will also be applied if i see myself in a spot where i cant fulfill your request for any reasons. (These will always be full refunds since its an issue on my end.)
-i do not cover paypal taxes.
- Refunds regarding adoptables are not an option. I do not refund adoptables by any manners.
- Downpayments are non refundable
